If you have sold or given your pet to someone else, it is your (as the pet’s current owner) responsibility to ensure the ownership details of your pet are changed to the new owner.

To do this, you can login to this website by Clicking Here or by clicking Login from the top of any page on our website. Simply navigate to the My Pets page where will be able to complete a Change of Ownership in to someone else’s name for the selected pet.

This will allow you to complete the Change of Ownership to the new owner online which, once all the required information has been entered and payment has been received, will instantly transfer the selected pet to the new owner and send them a notification advising them that they now have a pet registered in their name. Please note: This will incur a transfer fee as a once off payment.
