The best place to start is to access your online account by Clicking Here or by clicking Login from the top of any page on our website. Once you have successfully logged in, navigate to the My Profile page where you can simply edit your details as required. Here you can change your Phone Numbers, Email Address and Residential Address if you move but you won’t be able to change your name or details specific to your animal from this screen. Once you’ve finished, click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.

To update your pet’s details, simply navigate to the My Pets page and click the microchip number of pet from the provided list which will display an option to update their details. The My Pets page is also where you can complete a Change of Ownership in to someone else’s name if required.
